Architectus partnered with Willis Bond to design the multiple award-winning Wynyard Central apartments prior to working with the team again to deliver Catalina Bay Apartments. Previous projects include the lauded Wynyard Quarter Urban Design Framework for Waterfront Auckland and Trinity Apartments in Parnell.
